New Member Information
  We're very excited that your unit will be joining our circuit this season and we're certain that you and your staff and students will find this activity to be a very educational and enjoyable experience. Being that you are a first year unit, please don't hesitate at any time to contact us with any questions and/or concerns that you might have. You can contact Randy Weaver, Contest Director, at jrandall.weaver@gmail.com with any questions regarding any of our contests. Please email Randy as soon as you can with your email address so that you can be put on the distribution list to get all pertinent communications going forward. If you have any color guard or indoor percussion specific questions, Randy will forward your email to either Stephanie Burroughs for color guard inquiries or John Dunlap for indoor percussion issues.

Here are a few things that you need to know to get going:
  Go to the "Forms" tab above, print out the "Registration Form", complete it and mail it to Scott Geiger at Comeaux H.S. along with your fees. You entry fee entitles your group to compete in as many of the contests as you want. There is no "per show" fee. Scott's mailing address is on the form.
  Please go ahead and sign up for the shows that you want to attend by clicking on the "Show Sign Up" link on the left hand column. Please email Randy for the login information at jrandall.weaver@gmail.com .
In order to qualify for Circuit Championships, you need to attend one of the first two shows and at least two more. Please let Randy know if you need any help with this.
  You will eventually need to fill out a Spiel Sheet and email it to Randy also. Those can be found under the "Forms" tab as well. Those are not due until the middle of January and we will send out an email to remind everyone as that deadline draws nearer, but feel free to send it to me at any time.
